Recent Trend of duty evasion cases detected, which involved misuse of various Schemes-
Out of 843 cases booked in respect of Import-Export Frauds in Financial Year 2020-21, 164 cases were in respect of misuse
of various schemes under the Foreign Trade Policy. Scheme- wise distribution of the same is as under:
